Hi,I'm looking at a career change and I've been considering consulting for the past few months. I've looked at a number of companies and one that I’m quite interested in is Oliver Wyman. I've had a look at the online application system and for London the only available option is the "Insight Day". Any ideas / feedback on what this is? Have people taken part in the past? They don't give any info on their website.Many thanks

Regardless of what it is, apply for it and go to it if you get the chance, it'll be a great way to see from the inside how the applications work, and also to make a couple of contacts you can name drop in your cover letter when you apply.

Can anyone advise on what life is like there right now with regards to flexibility over type of work, work-life balance and how true it is that they pay a bonus of 60% of salary at year end? I have an interview coming up and keen to get the inside scoop!
