This is a bit of a delayed response but to answer your question, we try to get back to candidates within one week of their application. Of course, Efficio being a small firm, and me being our only recruiter, this is dependent on my being in the office to screen CVs, contact candidates, etc. Mars A Day stated our process correctly, and to note, we still do an Excel case study at the first round assessment. I've commented previously on this but it is a test of both analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
