I just gave in an application for Efficio recently, would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on the company's recruiting process. when will they get back to me as to the result? Do they still adopt an Excel-based case study in the interview? Their website states the candidates will be invited for an online test? Anyone knows what it's like?Thanks so much if you'd share some info regarding the company!

GMAT style online test (although it is purportedly harder that the GMAT), followed by usually 2 - 3 interviews comprising usual case study type questions. Small firm, friendly culture, but much of their work is Europe centric so languages are usually a priority for applicants.

This is a bit of a delayed response but to answer your question, we try to get back to candidates within one week of their application. Of course, Efficio being a small firm, and me being our only recruiter, this is dependent on my being in the office to screen CVs, contact candidates, etc. Mars A Day stated our process correctly, and to note, we still do an Excel case study at the first round assessment. I've commented previously on this but it is a test of both analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
