Well a standard CRB check will not show spent convictions - but a detailed one will. However it's really down to the employer whether they continue with your application or not. I would hazard a guess that because it is a traffic conviction, and providing you have been honest and disclosed it if you were ever asked, and providing your role does not require a clean driving license, then there should be no issue. Positive results on CRB checks do not disqualify you from work - it's completely at the discretion of the employer. I would suggest you do not worry about this one.
