I recently had experienced hire interviews with ACN. I was good on all aspects except the salary. The HR person was not happy with what I required and they rejected me.Now the same HR keeps writing me to apply again. What should I do please?

At the risk of stating the bloody obvious, I would call up HR and explain the situation as you've explained here. Explain that the interviews went well (HR will of course be able to confirm this based on their notes) and that the previous disagreement was around salary.If they are still interested at that stage, outline your salary requirements -- they will eithe rmeet them, or you'll go back into the 'rejection' loop because your salary demands are too high.
