dragon, i do not have specific experience with the telecom sector but common exits for accenture managers are:a) niche consultancyyou can join a smaller, specialized consultancy who will bring you into a real managing position with demand generation responsibility. detecon is a well-known name in the telecoms sector I think?b) industry positionyou could move to a project management or senior business analyst position with a big telecom enterprise.c) stay with ACN for senior manager just be aware: each year you can take the life at accenture makes you more valauble. From what I have seen the really interesting exits pop up once you have a proven track record in selling and you have siginificant program management experience. this will qualify you to be a partner in a smaller, fast growing consultancy or to move into a senior management position in the industry.just my 2 cents...
