Hi folks,I'm eager to shift my career in CRM, but how. Basically im working as a customer service executive but i don't have a graduation yet.Is my job will be helpful to shift my career in CRM, if yes HOW?

You need to answer the following questions first before you can make any decisions.- What elements of CRM do I understand. (Process development, Technical implementation, Quality, System, ...)- What is your relevant work experience?- What elements do you want to work on in the future?- Were are the gaps- Target jobs were you can start bridging these gaps.Getting a career is hard work. I have been in sales and marketing for 3 years now and would be interested in CRM from a process improvement/sales development/analysis perspective. But I am struggling to break out of sales. Any suggestions would be useful. Do you know of any companies that are looking for inexperienced people...or any agencies, job websites that deal with inexperienced hires and entry level roles?

i don't no about CRM, but well experience in customer care will help me?. wht MBA should i take for CRM
