Why is this forum so full of schoolyard cattyness? If you don't like the content of a thread, don't read it (and definitely don't post pompous, patronising, unconstructive responses). Couldn´t agree with you more, puzzled. Was recommended this site as was thinking about consulting but the thought of spending my time stuck in hotels with these insecure, overgrown public schoolboys has completely put me off.

It's true the forum is frequented by a fair number of muppets with little to do with their time except boost their (fragile) egos with arrogant posts. The majority of real consultants however are far too busy to do this and will only answer serious questions with serious answers. Don't give up but do prepare to be amused or bemused by some of the people around.
