I am a partner in a small HR consultancy. We are looking into the prospect of forming partnerships with consulting firms who do not have their own in-house 'people and change / HR consulting' teams. Does anyone have any comments on the feasibility of such partnerships and how I might go about finding suitable consulting firms who may need to use external HR consultants?
