The "certificate" is the first stage in the main ICAEW ACA (Chartered Accountancy Qualification). You're very very unlikely to get anywhere with consultancies with just a first stage certificate, especially as you could be competing with fully qualified Chartered Accountants who have done all the stages and have worked with Big 4 or similar firms and blue chips.
