If its Financial Services ITRA I wouldn't bother. There are three sub service lines FAIT (Financial Audit IT) which is infrastructure audit to a prescribed EY methodology (and has a staff turnover of over 50%).The other sub service lines have better retention and more interesting work (IT security) or IMAS (Data Analytics). If its uk&i (non fs) a lot of the staff are happy regardless of sub service line.My experience of the above sub service line (FAIT) was hurrendous, and more than half of my colleagues from over a year ago no longer work at EY due to the lack of coordination/management. I reiterate it's not reflective of the whole of EY though ....

Its Financial services Office (FSO) and not UKI. Its a new practise called Risk & Compliance Technology with only 60-90 people in it in UK. Its a growing area.regards,scud
