Hi all .. this is my first post, so not sure how long I'd have to wait to get feedback but asking around generally for comments / advice. Recently been promoted at Accenture in Technology Consulting from A2 to C1. My field is mostly Data Architecture & Management, so quite technical. Also had my last interview at E&Y to join as Executive Consultant (I think C3 equivalent) for the Process Information > Data Transformation team under FS Advisory. Understand ACN is a lot more mature in technology compared to E&Y, but would a switch reap more benefits in the long term? Here's what I see as my options:ACN: 1. Work in Resources / Energy for the next 2 - 3 yrs2. Retain and build on the network3. Stronger brand for technologyE&Y1. Work in FS for the nest 2 - 3 yrs2. New learning curve, new network, growing practice etc3. Stronger global brand for consultingThe pay offering is the same for now - ACN doesn't give decent pay rises, and not sure about E&Y. Any responses highly appreciated, especially if you've worked in both orgs. Thanks

As you're a tech nerd consultant, i would stay at ACN and build your rep and network.
