Hi,I have been approached by an internal recruiter at IBM for a sales role.I have about 10 years decent IT sales experience. However, I have a couple of questions, that people may be able to help with:-Interview / assesment: what's the process?-Employee benefits. What are they?-Job security? Typically, I'm used to a hire and fire culture, with little job security. Are IBM sales roles the same?-Pre-employment checks? Medical etc? (possible need for an operation soon)-Do IBM operate flexible / home working?-Are targets / commissions achievable.I'm used to all the process and inflexibility that large corporates seem to love, so this isnt a problem.I'd be interested to hear feedback from anyone that has experience of IBM in relation to the above questions.Thanks,
