Inf v Cog - Inf better place to be if you want to work on the business, not much between them on the tech side to be honest, but Inf seems to enjoy a stronger brand as Cog have not really shrugged off a bodyshop image, not matter whether that is justified. Reality is that these BPO business looking to mature into advisory type work are still SI operations with only a small MC element. If you want SI work then Inf carries the better brand, and is seen as being perhaps a bit closer to joining the tier 2 ranks, Cog has good client roster I've been told, but is still just an extension of the BPO platform, and heavily staffed from the BPO side on secondments. Inf working to build some IP in core markets (albeit a little late in some eg capital markets) Cog just offers cheap tech resource. My money would be on Inf not Cog. But that's just my opinion and of course other opinions are available.
