Hi, I had a first and secound round some years ago, the interviews were about 1 hour per interviewer, with 10-15 mins of CV grilling and behavioural-competency questions, then 40 minutes for the case and 5 mins for questions.I had cases around strategy (how to maximise the profits of a manufacturer of medical devices) and market entry (how to enter in the market of wireless internet service providers, e.g. bt openzone). The cases and the interviews are not difficult per se, and the interviewers were pretty easy-going but to pass it you have to deliver it all absloutely perfect from beginning to end, being brilliant, competent and logic, and excellent with numbers (what a surprise)Hope this helps. Quick question: how did you land to interviews? (web-application, referral, headhunted, mba-placement...?)
