AllI am sure some of you have been in this situation before and your advice is most welcome. I am contemplating whether accepting a new role which will see me travel mon-fri on various projects around Europe, at least 80pct of the year.I doubt I will be returning to the Uk for more than 20% of the weekends, I do not own anything in the UK (car, property, stock etc) and will spend the weekends in some other European hub.My future employer is a UK registered consulting company. Will I be considered a "non UK tax resident?" i.e. I have researched the 91 day rule etc - but its very vague as one would expect. Before I contact a tax lawyer, I would be interested in understanding if any of you seasoned travellers have been in the same situation when in your consulting careers?Much appreciated! MM
