Hi all - I'm looking to move from industry to consulting. I've received mixed advice about whether to present a traditional CV (ie chronological list of positions with achievements listed under each) or a skills-based CV (ie list relevant projects/experience/skills under headings such as Risk Management, Organisation Design, etc). Some say that consultancies want to see list of work positions and achievements so that it's clear what I've done.Others say that because I'm moving from industry and have an atypical CV, I should show transferable skills using a capability-based CV. Does anyone have any views/advice on which is better? Thanks.
