hello all,so just go the news i've been unsuccessful at final interview stage (assessment cntr) at top tier advisory...now I thought I gave demonstratable experience covering every competency but only to hear i was weak on coaching others...ironic as i've been heavily involved in internal capability development for yrsso i know STAR, but my question is...is there any other practical interview techniques that work for you? how do you prep (besides the obvious desk research, use employee network etc)appreciate any input as i don't think i can go through too many more 6 stage interview processes only to fall at the last hurdlethank you
