Hi Joshua Serco Consulting works closely with many other parts of Serco and is exposed to a wide range of operating requirements and opportunities to help improve processes or run major programmes, both here in the UK and internationally, so the ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders at multiple levels is a huge asset. You will need to demonstrate good team building and collaborative working in the case study exercise. We will be assessing you all day, in and out of the elements, so bear that in mind - imagine you are a consultant on client site.Essentially we are looking for good comms skills, good attitute, and with the ability to assimilate information quickly to help overcome obstacles and to deliver clear, concise judgement. Above all though, be yourself; we want to see personality as well!
