Hi All, I am getting very worried about this and wanted to know if any one can help. Last year, I stupidly accepted a two police cautions for a minor incident on the train. In retrospect, I should have argued it and gone to court. Anyways, I am applying to the Big 4 and ACN (etc) as a technology consultant and I am increasingly concerned because these companies utilise CRB checks as part of their background check requirements. I know that a Standard and Enhanced CRB checks will highlight this miscreants but Basic CRB checks will not. My questions is :1 - Does anybody know the CRB scheme undertaken by these firms.2 - I accept that this will have an impact on my career but has anybody had any experience of applying to firms with a caution, and if so, how did they manage the "disclosure".Thanks all - I appreciate your time and support.
