I'm a recent graduate looking to get into Technology Consulting. From the research I've completed so far Unisys appears to have a solid reputation in this area. However graduate positions within the firm appear to be like gold dust.....I had read that their recruiting function wasn't the best in the business and that they are often quite behind with the postings on the website/job boards. On the otherhand do Unisys simply prefer to recruit experienced consultants rather than those fresh out of university? Is this a side effect of the restructuring which they have undergone in the last few years.Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Unisys are going through a major overhaul currently with a number of redundancies at every level. I would suggest not to apply as you are likely not to be around for too long. Furthermore, the salary increases each year are in the line of 2 - 3% for most individuals so a graduate salary after five years will not have increase by much, if any at all. Good luck.
