Hi SammyThe FS practice started up in earnest about 18 months ago, and struggled a bit at the outset. However, it now seems to have gained some traction, with some great client wins under their belt, primarily in Insurance and retail banking. They have some great partners there: Anita, Christian, and Jeremy, and certainly seem like a buzzy group of people. They are one of the fastest growing practices in PA, and would be a good practice to join.Hope this helps

Why not come visit the FS practice on July 18th, if you're near Victoria?http://www.top-consultant.com/UK/events/Article_display.asp?ID=133

Hi Sammy,As I don’t work directly in FS, I’m right at the boundaries of my insight now. Why not come along to the open evening, and ask these questions directly to the partners there.PA are far more open than most consultancies about these sorts of things, so your candour would be welcomed. Don’t forget to re-post with your findings, and observations, here too. I think you’ll be impressed with the people you meet in PA. Good luck in your job search
