Has anyone moved from public sector to private sector consulting? I am starting for a firm that has a government division but am not too sure if this will send me down a one way street. I like the work but not to sure its me for life...Thanks for your help.

A lot of "private sector" consultancies are doing 70% or more public sector work these days. So long as you're ready to switch with the economy, you should be fine as your experience will still be comparable to others who started at the same time as you in other firms/practices.
