There is a small chance I may leve my current employe to pursue something different, though using all the consulting skills I have learnt. A couple of questions:1. What is the best way to leave on good times and ensure that if the new place isn't all it is cracked up to be etc, I can walk back to my previous employer should nothing else present itself?2. How can I go about taking the IP I have gathered over the years with me? I'm not talking about commercially sensitive materials, but the training packs, ppt templates, tools and approaches?Thanks CS
