Hello everyone, I am a French student and I am currently studying in a French Business School. Next year (2013-2014), I will be studying at Nottingham University; MSc Corporate Strategy and Governance. I plan to pursue a career in consulting, probably start working for companies such as E&Y, Pwc, KPMG, etc.I have a few questions. What do you think of MSc Corporate Strategy and Governance at Nottingham University? Also, do you think that I could get a job in the UK in one of those companies after graduating? Thank you very much,Enjoy your day!

I don't know the specific course, but there are many, many french nationals working in MC firms in the UK, so as long as you do well in your course and have solid academic results, you should be able to get interviews. I guess, I'm saying there is nothing about being French or going through the French educational system that is any barrier to UK employment in consulting or banking.

Which business school / what level of qualification?Bac+5 at HEC and (while such schools are less well known in the UK) the world should still be your oyster.Bac+2/3 at IUP type of place, perhaps less so.I'm guessing not the former if you are going to do an MSc? However, UK recruiters will probably go by the Nottingham qualification rather than the unfamiliar French one, and for the Big 4 the Nottingham course should be more than adequate.

Hi, Thank you for your answers. Have been away for a while.Well, my business school is not HEC, a similar one though. I will complete a "double degree"It means I will graduate from my Business School (Msc) and from Nottingham University (Msc). As you mentioned, recruiters do not know a lot about French Business School.Again, thanks for you answers.
