Don't know a great deal about them, what is it your trying to get views on? Promotion prospects? The company? The people in it?

Small firm - some good people. Very hard to say, but if I was you I'd got o the interviews, get the job offer and use it to MAKE SURE you get C1 at Acn THIS YEAR.Unless you hate ACN it doesn't really make sense to leave at such an early stage just to get a the word consultant in your job title.

Out of interest... What constitutes a 'decent client'?

Little or no travel, unless requested by project (usually for a week or two). Examples of places been: Rio, New York, Hong Kong - no long stints in Manchester / York etc3. Most employees come from Big4, ACN, IB etc and must pass a 4/5 stage recruitment process4. Substantial revenue growth and headcount growth year on year5. Annual away day, regular socials, BUPA (family care), dental care, 25/26 days holiday plus option to buy another 5

Recently advised by a pseudo-insider that they had stagnated for a while, but had some new blood in the management who are focussing on proper growth.

First round interviews with BCS are not taxing, they are to see if you are a 'cultural fit' as the interviewers are in the administration team and have no Consulting experience.
