I love all those terms like "Agile". With all the talk about "scrums" and the like too, it just sounds so tough and you can see why people are attracted to it in a macho business environment. Tough talk for tough leaders.I wonder whether I should set up my own methodology. I would call it something like "Quarterback" or "Tough". It would contain terms like "Bench Press", "Gym", "Steelworks", "Battlefields" and "Mustang". It would of course be a load of drivel but I'm sure the feminised public sector folk would lap it up.
