Plenty of medics go into management consulting. However, it is not easy as you might imagine - many doctors think they are just going to walk into a top consulting firm, based on little more than talking about 'transferable skills' such as time management and working under pressure, but the truth is that only the best prepared and most committed will make it.From your original post, it is fairly clear that you have done minimal research and really have no idea what you would be getting into. I would therefore start with the basics and understand what the job entails. If as a result you then ask questions that are well thought through and relevant, you may get useful answers. At the moment your questions are poorly thought through, extremely vague, and ones that could/should be answered by yourself with a bit of simple research After that, if you are still keen, then you need a plan. An MBA will help (assuming you do it in the right place, it will put you in the radar of recruiters), but may not be necessary. So set out a step-wise procedure of applying to firms and business schools where the timings allow you to a) interview, get an offer and start work, or b) if (a) doesn't work out, start business school shortly after.I would look into the options for full-time versus part-time MBAs given your age.And finally, before you have any interaction with anyone that might offer you a job, I would seriously brush up on your grammar & sentence structure - if I received any sort of communication written as per the original post, whether as an application or simply a request for information, I would just delete it.
