Hi,It would be of great help if someone can give there perspective..I have over 3yrs experience in IT Consulting with an top Indian Company (TCS). Currently, I am holding two offers for two big MNCs belonging the complete different industries...Job 1: IT role with one of the big courier company - Mainly for its Indian operations but giving me a very tempting hike and sorts of management role.Job 2: IT Consultancy with one of the Big 4 - Pros will get in depth knowledge and travel opportunities but not a great hike and to join again as team member.My aspirations are to make a career in IT IS consultancy as well gain international experience in nascent stage of my career.

Option 2 is the clear winner. Why? Because you:- get a jump in meeting your long-term career goal of working in an IT consultancy- increase the likelihood of travelling internationally for projects in a global Big4Don't be seduced by the glory of a management title that comes with the other offer (especially with only 3 years experience under your belt). That's something you should worry about later down the road.Take the Big4 role, soak up all that wonderful IT content like a sponge, and continue to hone your skills as a consultant.
