Hi to you all,First of all - great site and people. My Dilemma:Before I got called for an interview the HR guy asked me about my Market Analysis experience. I kinda fudged my way with an answer but I didn't even convince myself. I've still got an interview for this Thursday, amazingly!!! Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good Market Analysis Framework that I could use when I'm interviewing, because I'm convinced the querstion will arise again and I don't want to give the same lame answer. Someone once told me that if you can count you can do a market analysis - if this is true, then I shouldn't have a problem. The only problem is that I can't find a decent framework online. Just some thoughts from my side how I would do a market analysis of a region. I would firstly look at the macroeconomic data of the countries. Then look at the industry data, i.e. growth factors etc. Then I would do a Competitor Anaylsis. After those have been done I would make a priority list of the countires that are the best fit for the company. Then I would choose the Entry Mode and follow this by a list companies for potential acquisition or JV.Hope you guys can help. Thanks a million.Jonny
