I have real big issues with Recruitment Consultants being too egotistic and full of empty promises.I have absolutley no confidence in them what so ever. I have had issues with Capita, Modis and La Fosse Associates. They do not call you back with good adequate feedback for future prospects that you maybe considered for...I could go onBeing an experienced white middle classed man, I have come across different ethnic groups only helping their groups in particular. What also added fire to my issue is that ULC have a role advertised saying "We particularly welcome female applicants and those from an ethnic minority, as they are under-represented within UCL at this level".This is a non verbal approch to racism!!

Your post is littered with unnecessary capitalisation, tautology, misplaced prepositions, lack of attention to key details and strange phrasing. On the other hand, it detracts from the barely concealed chip on your shoulder. Is it possible that either of these have inhibited your job search?...and what exactly is a "non verbal approach to racism"?

Leaving aside all the hyperbole, what exactly has been the problem/s you've been experiencing with RCs?
