Does anyone know when the big firms pay their bonuses - i.e. when they are calculated and when they actually appear in a consultants bank account? The current model is normally once a year and for the larger firms at Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels seems to be discretionary. My own firm is looking to find out the best ways to incentivise people. Is it better to pay just once a year? is it better to have a clear target needed to achieve said payout? When do the likes of Accenture, Deloitte etc pay their staff?
