Hi all,My first post - first of many as this seems to be quite an infomative forum guys!Does anyone here have an idea (either qualified or a good indication) of what the salary bands are for Capgemini?Im aware there are O, T, C and BD disciplines. My main interest is the O band, which I know runs from O1 to around O10.I know that graduates start off on 26.5k, which is an O2 but apparantly high up in the band and that some O5 people earn less than 26.5k(!)Any discussions appreciated. An O5 at Capgemini will earn in the range of £38K to £50K. The O5 who is earning £26.5 is actually a O2 who never progressed, and is lying about his grades.
