It takes anywhere for 3 weeks to 4 months before you actually start working there.1st interview-Screen Interview2nd interview- Skills interview. In this interview the hiring manger will dissect your resume and ask you specific questions about your skills.Also, it depends on the workforce you are joining. The interview process might be different. For example, instead of skills interview, you might have behavioral interview or a technical interview to see what your knowledge is on certain technologies that accenture helps implement.3rd interview- usually a case study. Here they test your analytical thought process, decisiveness, creativity and business insight. In this process you are marked for all 4 of the variables mentioned.4th interview- Partner/Senior exec interview. here you learn more about the workforce you will be working in and also talk on your expereinces.Hope this helps.
