I have an offer from ACN to join their EA practice at M2 level on a basic salary of mid 70K but I would like to negotiate it up to 80K. Any views on this?

The salary is fair and commensurate with the grade, you would do better to negotiate a signing on bonus

How common is a signing on bonus in consulting. I am about to join an MBBB consultancy as an experienced hire. I have a verbal offer but have not started the discussion on terms yet. I would like to negotiate something as due to the time I join i will lose my bonus from my previous employer. How do I go about it?
