I've just been informed by a recruiter that an offer is pending for a Talent & Organization consultant position. They are anticipating bringing me in as a mid-level (C2?) consultant with a salary of ($87-90k/£53-55), signing bonus around $5-10k.My interviews went really well. Senior execs spent most of the time telling me why I should choose ACN. One even said the consensus from my interviews was that I was just under the level of a manager and they'd prefer to prepare me for success as a very experienced consultant. I'm wondering would this be C3? I want to be in a position to be promoted to manager within two years so I'm concerned about the C1, C2, C3 leveling and the salary seems low a non entry consultant for San Francisco.Can anyone share the salary range for a C2 or C3 consultant (US or UK)? I'm thinking that a competitive offer would be more like $95k/£58.Thanks in advance!
