Hi All Consultants,I have just joined this forum and appreciate the effort by all consultants to participate on this platform. Accenture Ireland recently made me an offer for C3 level in Technology Growth Platform. I tried for M1 but they didn't feel comfortable with that. I have 8+ year experience in IT with 5 years in consulting. The contract I received from them doesn't say C3 but just the job title is "Technology Consulting - Consultant". Can you please tell me if this is normal or should I ask for C3 to be mentioned on the contract.Thanks a lot

That's your grade, the number of months external experience to make you a C3 will just be reflected in an internal HR system somewhere and pulled out when it's time to discuss promotions, etc.

The whole 1/2/3 nomenclature is a bit irrelevant these days - Ask them to specify how many months at level they are crediting you with, that could probably be detailed in the contract. Make sure you are getting between 24 and 36 i guess.

Thanks presidentbartlet. This is exactly I have been told by the HR personnel but no such mentioning in the contract.

Thanks JCons. It is not mentioned in the contract anywhere but I believe if the HR has said it, then they must have recorded it in their internal system. Is there a way to verify this when I start employment with them? Salary and the signing bonus do reflect this but I have no documented proof that I am C3.
