Hi all, I was wondering if there are any recent information regarding consulting industry turnover rate. Top-Consultant.com provide very detailed information regarding this (retention_report.pdf) but this is bit too old (2005 & 2007 only). Is there any way that I can get information on turnover rate of consulting industry? Thank you.

Thank you for your kind information.I just looked over into it, it does explain details of the average retention rate of people in consulting firms, but it does not explain the "turnout rate" that shows "how often consultants change their job". But! The information was quite interesting, thank you.Average tenure on each industry can be found "U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics", but consulting industry information was not there...
