Hi, Okay Im already working as a Manager in one of the Big 4 Technology Consulting. I was recently approached by another Big 4. Have done by due diligence and its def worth pursuing. Better brand, projects etc. Having cleared the initial Hiring Manager screening was called for a Phone Interview with a Senior Manager. Whilst that was getting scheduled there has been another request if I could travel down to their office instead of a Phone. Instead of one Senior Manager it is going to be two Senior Managers followed by a chat with a Director over coffee. I read this as that they like my CV profile etc, but nothing has essentially changed. What could be the reason for the sudden change? Cheers
