Hi there,I don't know exact numbers but I can provide some details on ranges. Note these are from Irish practice so not sure if this question is UK focused.Starting pay for C1 around the 44-45k range (all figures are euro) with overall consultant range going up to about 56k top end. This year they are trying to implement less pay differentiation between levels eg C1-C2 etc and put more focus on getting people to the mid range in salary scale earlier, plus motivate people for promotion. Will always be dependant on the individuals rating and the base they are coming from etc. There tends to be a lot of secrecy re exact numbers and lots of rumours abound re newly promoted C1's sometimes 'leapfrogging' C3's salaries which should not be possible as ratings would not factor.Newly promoted M1 salary starts from 70k. The variable bonus kicks in once you are promoted to manager also which is paid annually in Nov. At manager level they are also moving away from base pay increases and focusing more on variable pay and promotion. With pay freezes over recent years and the above a lot of people not happy and we have experienced very high attrition this year.Hope this helps, please feel free to ask any other Q's.
