Hi All,Unfortunately the trend on this forum is that when people recieve their reponse, they disappear! This leaves most people without any follow-on feedback or advice.For example, someone asking for advice on which consultancy to join, will most likely not come back to let everyone know what he eventually decided to do or someone asking for interview advice will not return back to this forum to share their intervview experiences for others benefitDo we see a case of selfsishness here? How do we address this?

some do some don't. Tony: does this blog send the OP an email alert every time someone comments? many do and that might solve the problem if there was a gentle reminder in each alert. Incidentally I would would quite like the same reminder everytime anyone else comments on a thread I have commented on, or at least have the option to have an email alert.

Re. email alerts, we experimented with that functionality previously and it mostly seemed to annoy the regular contributors / readers as it was resulting in multiple emails per day going out to active users.
