Hi all,I'm a Consultant within the Operations practice at the Green Dot and looking to move to Baringa for more work-life balance, much publicised culture etc. What are your thoughts on such a move? I am an SC and doing quite well performance wise.What is the market perception of Baringa? Thanks very much for your help.

How many years experience do you have in total and at D? Baringa has a good rep, but you need to weigh up if it's too early in your career to cash in the blue chips..

OK I would suggest you have enough time at D under your belt to come back into the big firms if a move to Baringa didnt work out for whatever reason. But think through your exit plans before making the move at 1, 3 and 5 years with Baringa. Keep your networks internally with D and other major MCs up to date when you are there.
