Per hour actually worked (as opposed to what might be in your contract of employment), it often works out near enough at minimum wage.

I was surprised to see in the salary report that a manager in strategy consulting makes just about 1k more annually including bonus etc. than the average in the consulting industry. Apparently wages at this level are quite similar along the different consulting segments, except for IT consulting.
