I've been offered at ACN which includes an eligibility to bonus depending on company performance. I would like to know if any of you are aware how is the trend of bonus payout in 2010 and when is it paid every year?

@Baddu,Many Congrats, May I ask you what experience you had for which ACN agreed to give M1. I have an interview lined up with ACN and not sure what level I should be looking at.

You could do anything. I have a C3 who can't draft a project plan on my project.

@baddu, the bonus you would next be eligible for would be for the year FY11, so would be decided/communicated in ~Nov 2011.You won't be eligible for anything for FY10 (i.e. whatever gets awarded this Nov) since you didn't join the firm before September this year, (and even if you had the bonus would be pro-rata depending on what proportion of the FY you had been with Acn).
