Hi there,I have a case study interview (including presentation) coming up at a small Strategy/Change management consultancy.I was wondering what the best approach would be. To try and analyse the case using one of the broader strategy frameworks, or to look at the issue and develop solutions that are totally off the wall. The reason why I ask is that I had an interview with BCG in Sydney and I took the framework approach and they stopped me mid way and basically said:"we here are boston pride ourselves on providing totally unique analysis and solutions blah blah blah....maybe you want to take a left of centre approach"I hope this makes sense.
