Hi everyone,Ive just been offered a job at a boutique management (financial) consulting firm who's clients are big hitting IBs and asset management firms. Company seems great, people were lovely, but Im unsure on what my position would be after finishing the graduate scheme.The area of specialism is quite niche, which is interesting, but would this limit my opportunities on finishing the graduate scheme?Would I be able to move to a bigger consulting firm, or even into industry after finishing?Thanks everyone

I think you should take the job.You'll be building up your experience in a niche market, if you're interested in working for the Big 4 you'll realise that they've got all kinds of clients, and would be keen on having a team that's got a wide range of experiences and skills. If yours are harder to find, the better ! (less competition)
