I received the offer from Schlumberger Business Consulting, and I was wondering whether it was ok to join now. Schlumberger did and will layoff 20,000. I know it's not related to SBC, but still it indicates that the industry is not good.want to hear your thoughts..

Just curious about the channel to reach out to them to apply for a position? Did you have a recruitment consultant/agencies of some sort to send your CV to SBC? I have looked at their webpage and there is not much to go on. So I was wondering...

I applied through school website.. don't know how to recruit off-campus.I am kinda scared that there are not many projects to be involved. There are not many activities are going on in upstream sector.. so ..does some have any idea about current SBC status in terms of the number of projects???
