Hi,I&apos;ve recently come over from South Africa, where I was a Band 8 within IBM.I am trying to establish a way of comparing to a specific A0 level. Just from working with different levels it seems equivalent to A07 / A08 depending on your level of management skills / responsibilities. They also use SFIA (https://www.sfia-online.org) greatly within government.Anyone got any ideas / comments?
