Hi,Can somebody guide me for preparing for the Psychomeric tests (verbal and numerical) that I have early next week? I have been told there will be 45 questions in the numerical section to be solved in 30 minutes and that too without calculators! How on earth am I supposed to do this? They have also told me that the passing percentage is between 85-95%I practised few sample questions from the SHL website and after seeing the results, I don't think I will be able to solve even 25 questions in those 30 minutes.Please help me with some tips, advice, reference books, websites, etc.Thanks a lot.

I'd raid Amazon.co.uk fairly immediately if I was you. Search for the "how to pass..." series of psychometric books by Mike Bryon and then working damn hard between now and next week. Good luck.
