I'll be starting with Axon shortly. I was also interviewed by the Change Management Head and the most important issues were:1. Fit: why exactly Axon, what do I perceive as their strengths and weaknesses and why not some other SAPconsultancy (they knew I was interviewing with other firms)2. Contribution: what exactly would you do on a new, say implementation project - not only in mere platitudes but as in steps - this is your chance to both impress and see how they work by asking relevant questions, e.g. establishing how big the project is, who are the sponsors, number of people working on it, etc. 3. Personality - this was to make sure I know how to deal with clients, manage expectations and deliver what they want - many detailed questions about my past projectsNothing tricky or intimidating, just a really good talk. Hope it goes well for you, post your experience on this forum again. And don't get influenced by the negative posts about Axon - they have been efficient and well organized throughout the recruitment process.Good luck, Anna
