I have an Assessment Centre lined up with IBM BCS (Financial Services practice) this week. I have done some prep, but does anyone have an idead of the sort of Case Study that they use? Anyone been through one recently? Note: I would be an experienced hire (7yrs) rather than graduate.

Quite why you’d want to work for BCS, I don’t know. They have a huge staff attrition rate for a reason.Try searching the forum for others' views.Why not try joining a decent consultancy instead? There are plenty of other, better, companies out there hiring.
